Sushi Bento Box with salmon, avocado and spinach

Ingredients

• 1/4 cooked rice
• 1 small cucumber
• 100g hot smoked salmon
• 1/4 small avocado
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 2 sheets Obento Yaki Nori sheets

Method

1. Assemble ingredients in an airtight container of bento box.
2. Use Obento nori sheets to wrap and eat.
