Ingredients
- Home made chicken schnitzel 500g
- 1 large Cucumber
- 2 carrots
- 1.5 cups of sushi rice
- 2 sheets of yaki sushi nori
- 3 tbsp of obento sushi seasoning into rice once cooked
- 1 teaspoon of raw sugar mixed into rice once cooked
- Soy sauce to taste
- 1 large avocado
- Kewpie mayonnaise to taste
Method
- Cook rice in medium sized saucepan
- Once cooked add seasonings and gently mix together with wooden spoon
- While rice is cooling cut up cucumber, carrots, avocado and sushi sheets
- Shallow Fry schnitzel in pan making sure there’s roughly 5mm of oil covering bottom of pan
- Once chicken schnitzel is cooked cut it up add rice to a bowl then schnitzel, cucumber, carrot, avocado and top with dressing and enjoy
