Ingredients
- Yuki Nori sheets
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Smoked Salmon slices 100g
- Cucumber slices
- Sushi Rice 1 cup cooked
- Sushi Seasoning
Method
- 1. Cook one cup of Sushi Rice as per packet instructions.When rice cooked mix through 3 TBS of sushi seasoning allow to cool to room temperature.
- 2. Cut Yuki Nori sheet into 4 squares, repeat for second sheet.
- 3. Place Yuki Nori square into muffin tray hole and fill with one TBS of cooked seasoned rice into the centre of the square and push down and shape to the pan.
- 4. Place filled sheets in 200deg oven for 5 mins to crisp slightly. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
- 5. Place cut cucumber that you have already cut into short sticks into the sushi cup. Top with slices of smoked salmon and finish with a drizzle of Kewpie Mayonnaise.
- Enjoy your Smoked Salmon Sushi Cups. NOTE: serve with soy sauce on the side to dip as required
