Ingredients
- Nori sushi sheets
- Teriyaki sauce
- Spicy mayo
- Sushi rice
- Salmon (400 gram)
- Scallions
- Sesame
Method
- Cut the sushi sheets into quarters and place each square in a cup cake baking tray spot
- Put the sushi rice at the base of the cup
- In a bowl mix the cubed salmon with two spoons of spicy mayo and a spoon of teriyaki sauce. Once mixed put a spoon in each cup on top of the rice
- Put into a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 10 min
- Take out and garnish with sliced scallions and sesame
