Sushi on the go

Ingredients
- 500g sushi Rice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Tbs rice wine vinegar
- 5 sheets Obento Yaki nori
- Sushi and Sashmi Soy sauce
- 1 cucumber
- 50g smoked Salmon
- Dollop of Chilli sauce

Method
- Wash rice, add 3 cups water and bring to boil.
- Once rice is cooked add 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt and 4 tbs rice vinegar and mix through gently.
- Place Yaki nori shiny side down on bamboo rolling mat
- Spread cooled rice evenly over the Yaki nori and add cucumber and salmon in a straight line and a dollop of chilli sauce.
- Lift the front of bamboo mat closet to you and begin to roll sheet tightly. Before reaching the end of sheet add a little water. Apple gently pressure to join the edges.
- Slice into pieces and serve with soy sauce
