Ingredients
- Rice
- Prawns
- Yaki nori
- Carrots
- Water
- Vinegar
- Sugar
Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker.
- While rice is cooking, cut carrot into strip's and soak in vinegar and sugar. Stir fry prawns.
- Add vinegar and sugar to cooked rice to taste.
- Put rice on yaki nori, add carrots and prawns, roll up, and cur into bite size pieces.
