Ingredients
- Obento Yaki nori
- Sushi rice
- Crumbed chicken
- Cucumber
- Peri peri mayo

- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per pack instructions
- Place a spoonful of sushi rice on the Yaki nori
- Slice the cucumber and chicken into strip's to be placed in the middle length ways. Apply peri peri mayo on the chicken strip's
- Roll the yaki nori into a cylinder
