- 1 Avocado
- 2 cups of rice
- 200g salmon
Method
- Have cooked rice cool down, cut the ingredients
- Take out one piece of seaweed and cut it into half.
- Fold it into a pocket and put in rice, salmon and avocado slices.
- Close the pocket and it’s ready to taste.
