Ingredients
- Atlantic salmon piece
- Avocado
- Sushi rice
- Nori
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Cook the sushi rice in a rice cooker or on stove
- Once cooked, let cool. Place cooled rice onto nori sheets and place in dish which keep them standing in a taco shap
- Heat the nori sheets with rice in the oven for 10 minutes
- While nori is in oven, slice avocado into thin pieces and slice salmon into long slices.
- Once nori and rice is removed, place the salmon and avocado in the center of the tacos and top with kewpie mayo
