Cook rice according to packet let it cool down in the meantime make chicken snicle and cut up some cucumber length wise in smaller strips cut up into strips chicken snicle place a Yaki nori sheet on a sushi roller and with wet hand press down on some rice in thin layer Then turn the sheet over and place chicken snicle and cucumber and roll press as you roll until it is a roll and slice into slices and top with mayonnaise and sesame sprinkle on top
