
Ingredients
- 500gr Pork tenderloin or pork rib
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp seasoning powder (chicken powder)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp tempura flour
- For sauce: 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp ABC extra hot chilli sauce, 1/2 tbsp seasoning powder.
Method
- Cut cucumbers, bell peppers and onion into pieces.
- Slice the pork tenderloin into long strips, or cut pork ribs into long strip, wash well, mix with egg, sail, seasoning powder, sugar, cooking wine, oil and tempura powder.
- In a pan, put oil in until medium heat, put the pork in a fry 1 time.
- Take the pork out, bring oil to high heat, fry the pork for the second time until light yellow and crispy texture.
- 5Take the pork out. In the same pan, stir-fry the onion and bell peppers with some oil until almost cooked, then put cucumber in.
- Mix all ingredients in the sauce well, and put it in the pan. Put the pork in, stir-fry well in medium heat.
- Take it out in a plate and serve with hot rice. Enjoy the dish!
