Ingredients
- Valcom Panaeng curry paste
- 500g Chicken
- Dash of olive oil
- 1 cup of long grain rice
- 200g corn kernals
- 1 bunch of celery
- 200g tin of pineapple
- 1 brown onion
Method
- Cut up onion, celery and pineapple in small pieces
- Heat oil in sausepan, ad onion and brown chicken
- Meanwhile put 2 cups water with rice in microwave safe bowl and heat in microwave for 15 minutes
- Once chicken is brown add whole jar of panaeng curry paste and stir together to combine for 5 to 10 minutes
- Once all is done add rice to bowl, place chicken on top and decorate with pineapple, celery and corn
