Ingredients
- PIZZA DOUGH
- 7g Yeast
- 1 Cup Warm Water
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chilli Oil
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp sugar
- 2 Cups Plain Flour
- PIZZA TOPPINGS
- Sesame Oil
- 1 Onion
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tbsp Crushed Chilli
- 3 Tbsps Teriyaki Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- 3 Tbsps Golden syrup
- Pineapple Pieces
- 1 Capsicum
- Jalapenos
- Kewpie Mayonaise
- Mozzarella
- Tomato Paste/Sauce
- Obap Roasted Seaweed
Method
- Dice up Chicken breast and sprinkle with Garlic and Onion Powder. Saute onion in Sesame oil. Brown Chicken then add crushed Chilli, Teriyaki Sauce and Golden syrup. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes. Cool and put aside. Refrigerate.
- Combine yeast, water and sugar in a bowl. Cover and place in a warm position for about 10 minutes or until you see bubbles appear.
- In a large bowl combine sifted plain flour and salt. Pour in Chilli/Vegetable oil and yeast and mix until a dough has formed. Place dough onto a floured surface/board and knead for about 5 minutes. You want the dough to be elastic and smooth.
- Place dough into a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for about an hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
- Knead again and roll out onto your pizza tray. Top with Tomato Paste or any tomato sauce of your liking. Sprinkle generously with Mozzarella Cheese then top with Teriyaki Chicken, sliced onion, Capsicum, Jalapenos and Pineapple pieces. Garnish with sliced Obap Seaweed and Kewpie Mayonnaise. Bake in a preheated oven at highest temperature for 8 - 15 minutes (depends on your toppings) or until crust is golden brown.
- Note: Some ingredients I have not included amounts as everyone is different with how they like Pizza. Enjoy.
