Ingredients
- 3 Onions sliced
- 3 Cloves garlic crushed
- 1 fresh Chilli sliced fine
- 1 Lemongrass sliced fine
- 3 Tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir Fry sauce
- 1 Tablespoons sweet Chilli sauce.
- 1/2 Teaspoon fish sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Sesame oil
- 3 slices of Pineapple chopped in small pieces
- 1 Zucchini sliced thin
- 1 Carrot sliced thin
- 2 Brocolli heads sliced
- 1/2 a kilo Pork Fillet
- 3 Tablespoons of salted mixed nuts to decorate on top
Method
- Firstly add sesame oil , add onion, garlic , lemongrass and chilli, stir fry until onion softens
- Secondly add in Pork and stir fry well then add sauces .
- Thirdly add in the vegetables and pineapple and cook through to your liking.
- Once cooked decorated with mixed crunchy salted nuts .
- Cook rice and serve with extra pineapple on the side !
