
Ingredients
- 500g Beef -cut into cubes3 pcs potatoes-cut into cubes2 pcs carrots - cut into cubes
- Olive oil -for frying the veggies and meat1 pcs onion cut into cubes
- Golden curry -Japanese curry mix (mild) So the kids can enjoy too :)
Method
- Cut all the ingredients (veggies and meat)
- In a fying pan , fried the carrots and potatoes on both sides.Remove the veggies from the panIn the same pan, fry the beef on both sides until it’s bit browned Removed the beef from the panTake out all excess oil from the panIn the same pan cook the onionThen put the beef, add 1 to 1.5 cups of waterLet it simmer for about 20min (until the beef is tender)Add the Japanese curry mixture , simmer for 5min Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer for about 10min in a low fire
- Serve in a bowl of warm rice
