Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 225g can of Valcom Bamboo shoot slices
- 225g can of Valcom water chestnut slices
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch of white pepper
- 1 cup sliced button mushrooms
- Spring onions to garnish
- coriander to garnish
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
Method
- Add sesame oil and saute onion and garlic.
- Add pork mince, and cook.
- Add mushrooms, chopped water chest nuts, chopped bamboo shoots..
- Add salt, pepper, oyster sauce.
- Garnish with spring onions and coriander.
- Enjoy with some lettuce.
