Ingredients
- Mixed vegetables(zucchini, cauliflower, carrot, beetroot, broccoli) cut up approximately 1kg
- 300g chickpea flour
- Approximately 1cup of water
- 2tbs parika
- 2-3 teaspoons wasbi
- 6 teaspoons soy sauce
- Half cup of oil
Method
- Cut up vegetables
- Mixed chickpea flour, parika and water together to make batter
- Heat oil in medium pan
- Dip vegetables in batter cook in oil unit golden brown
- Mix soy and wasbi to make dipping sauce
- Dip Cook vegetables into dipping sauce YumYum
