Tender sweet chilli Chicken Taco

Ingredients

• Frozen Tender sweet chilli chicken
• Iceberg lettuce
• Coles Soft Taco Kit
• Half Cucumber
• 2 tomatoes
• Coriander
• Kewpie Mayonnaise Yuzu Flavour
• Red Onion
• Lime juice
• Avocado

Method

1. In a tray Bake the chicken for 12 min
2. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers in small cube, combine both in a bowl, put salt, lime juice.
3. Finally slice the red onion
4. Smash the avocado in a bowl and put some lime juice
5. Separate the sauce from the soft taco kit in bowl
6. Separate the tacos tortillas in a plate, combine the avocado, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, salsa sauce and finalise with Kewpie Mayonnaise Yuzu flavour on the top to give you a special touch.
