Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 500g beef mince
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 zucchini grated
- 1 chopped brown onion
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp cooking sake
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Green onion sliced
- Noodles
Method
- Cool onion in oil for 2 mins, add grated veg and cook for 3 mins, add beef mince and cook until light brown, combine sauce ingredients and add to pan, cook for 4 minutes until sauce evaporated.
