
Ingredients
- 500g beef stir fry
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Beef Ready Sauce
- 500g hokkien noodles
- 1 Carrot sliced
- 1/3 Red Capsicum sliced
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 200gm Snow Peas
- 1/4 cup of peanuts
Method
- Marinate beef for 10 minutes in a packet of Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Beef Ready Sauce
- Prepare noodles following packet directions.
- Heat wok over high heat until hot. Swirl 2 teaspoons of oil around wok and add beef, stir-frying for 2 minutes or until golden.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes
- Add peanuts and noodles to wok. Toss together until well combined and heated through.
