- Eye Fillet of Beef
- Udon Noodles
- Red Capsicum
- Bean Sprouts
- Onion
- Coriander
Method
- It has to be Simple, it has to be Quick and it has to be easy ... Slice beef thinly. Slice and chop all vegetables thinly and in bite size. Prepare noodles according to their packet.
- Heat pan and fry beef then set aside. Clean and heat pan and fry vegetables, add the noodles and cooked beef and Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki sauce along with half the coriander.
- Plate up, sprinkle some coriander on top and enjoy
