- Brown sugar
- Caster sugar
- Chicken thigh
- Soy sauce
- Lemon juice
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Carrot
- Green beans
Method
- Dice the chicken and carrot
- To make the sauce, whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and both sugars in the pan
- Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Add the veggies and cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until your desired consistency.
