Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 6 Tablespoons of sushi seasoning
- 1 chicken breast filet marinated with teriyaki sauce
- Yaki nori
- Carrot
- Cucumber
Method
- Cook sushi rice in rice cooker. Season with OBENTO sushi seasoning. Cook teriyaki chicken. Allow both to cool then follow instructions on back of OBENTO nori and roll up chicken, carrot and cucumber
