Ingredients
- 600g diced salmon
- 100ml Obento Mirin Seasoning
- 100ml Soy sauce
- 100ml Obento Cooking sake
- 2 batches fresh bok choy
Method
- Pan fry salmon till partially cooked
- Combine 100mL Soy sauce, 100mL Obento Cooking Sake, 100mL Obento Mirin Seasoning
- Boil 2L of hot water in separate pot
- When salmon partially cooked, add combined sauce and fry salmon in sauce
- When hot water is rolling boil, cook bok choy in small batches at a time for no more than 30 seconds then remove and drain
