Ingredients
- Fresh salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup terryiake sauce .
- 1/4 cup kewpie mayo
- 1 cup sushi rice
- Sushi seaweed
- Avocado
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Dice salmon fillet into small squares
- Combine teriyakii sauce, kewpie and wasabi together and add salmon pieces
- Cook the sushi rice
- Layer the seaweed in cupcake trays
- Add a tablespoon of sushi rice
- Add saucy salmon
- Cook for 5 minute at high heat 200 degrees fan forced oven
- Dice avocado and garnish on top with sesame seeds and extra wasabi
