
Ingredients
- 150-200g salmon fillet with skin
- 1 tbs neutral oil
- Half a carrot
- 1/4 cup purple cabbage
- 1/4 cup kale
- Obento teriyaki sauce
- Obento bonito
- 1 cup short grain rice
Method
- Take salmon fillet and pour 2 tbs of Obento teriyaki sauce on it in a container. Place in fridge to marinade for 20 minutes.
- While salmon is marinating, cook cup of short grain rice of choosing.
- Shred cabbage, cut carrot into fine strips and kale finely.
- After 20 minutes of marinating, take salmon out of fridge. Heat neutral oil in fry pan and when hot, add salmon skin side down. Turn once skin is crispy and cook through.
- Add rice to bowl. Add vegetables and salmon.
- Sprinkle Obento bonito over rice and vegetables.
