
Ingredients
- Beef 500g
- Teriyaki marinade
- Cracked pepper 1 tablespoon
- 5 garlic cloves
Method
- Cut the beef into bite sized pieces (cubed).
- Put the beef into a bowl.
- Put in all the the marinade, pepper and garlic cloves into the bowl of beef.
- Massage the beef with the marinade.
- Skewer the beef making sure there are no gaps so it remains juicy.
- Cook on the BBQ or on the stove with a grill pan.
