Ingredients
- Porterhouse Steak 400g
- Salt and pepper
- Lee Kum Kee teriyaki sauce
Method
- Season the steak with salt and pepper (both sides)
- Cook the steak to desired wellness- medium rare is just perfect for this, Cook on high for about 3mins maybe 4 on both sides
- Remove steak from pan and cut into bite size pieces Add the teriyaki sauce and enjoy
