Ingredients
- 250g Microwaveable Rice
- 185g Can of Tuna
- Obento Teriyaki Marinade
- Kewpie Mayonaise
- Cucumber
- Seaweed Nori
- Lettuce
Method
- Microwave Rice
- Place rice in a bowl and mix the desired amount of teriyaki marinade through cooked rice
- In a separate bowl, mix canned tuna with desired amount of Kewpie mayo
- Dice some cucumber, then mix together with the teriyaki rice and tuna mayo
- Serve in a bowl lined with lettuce leaves, drizzled with extra Kewpie mayo and a side of seaweed nori
