
Ingredients
- 180g Chicken breast diced
- 60ml terriyaki sauce
- 30ml 50% fat free kewpie
- Single serve microwaved rice of choice
- 1 carrot
- 1/3 cucumber
- Seaweed
Method
- Combine chicken and teriyaki sauce in hot pan and cook.
- While chicken is cooking cook rice in microwave as per rice packet instructions.
- Peel and cut vegetables.
- Assemble all ingredients in bowl as they cook or are prepared, drizzle with Kewpie
