Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 300g beef steak sliced
- 1 capsicum
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 bunch thai basil
- 1 lime
- 1 chilli (red)
- 2 sprigs spring onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Method
- heat oil in wok over high heat, add garlic, ginger, spring onion and half the chilli and stir until fragrant
- add in the beef and cook until browned and cooked through. remove from wok and set aside in warm place
- add capsicum and broccolini to wok and cook for a few minutes until just beginning to soften. return beef to wok with fish sauce, soy sauce and basil leaves and cook for another minute until combined and warmed through
- serve with lime juice, extra basil leaves, red chilli and spring onion greens
