Ingredients
- Chicken
- Coconut milk
- Tin stir fry mix veg
- Broccoli
- Carrot
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Rice
- Valcom Thai Green Curry paste
Method
- Cook rice
- Dice up chicken, carrot and broccoli
- Cook chicken and brown. Then add in garlic and ginger, then after a minute add in carrot and broccoli.
- After a minute add in 1/4 cup of valcom Thai Green Curry paste, till fragrant, then add in coconut milk and Tin stir fry mixSimmer and serve!
