- Thai green curry paste
- Cooking oil
- Red onion
- Bamboo shoots
- Baby corn
- Prawn
- Coconut milk
- Salt
Method
- Sautee onion add thai green curry paste 3 tbsp per 500g prawn
- Add coconut milk when onion is cook.
- Once boiling add bamboo shoots and baby corn after 3minutes boiling add prawn and season with salt. Let it boil for 3-5 minutes or until prawn is cook and serve
