Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Valcom Green curry paste
- 400g Rockling Fish
- Coconut Milk
- Teaspoon of sugar
- Teaspoon of tamarind paste
- Green beans
Method
- Gently fry Valcom Green Curry Paste for a couple of minutes. Add half a can of Coconut Milk. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add Rockling fish and cook on medium for 3 minutes. Add remaining coconut milk and green beens.
- Add a teaspoon of sugar and tamarind paste. Cook in low for about 10 minutes until beens are soft. Serve with Basmati rice.
