Ingredients
- Valcom Premium coconut milk
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 500g chicken theigh fillets
- Red curry paste
- 1 cup of whit long grain Rice
Method
- Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil into a pan ( wait for it to heat up)
- Add in the chicken theigh fillets ( cook until lightly seared)
- Add 2 large tablespoons of Red curry paste and stir through.
- Pour in the Valcom premium coconut milk and let all ingredients come to a boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and serves with white boiled rice.
