Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 500g potatoes
- 300g broccoli
- 1 pack S&B golden curry cubes
- 750ml water
Method
- Stir fry meat and vegetables in a pot.
- Add water to the pot, bring to a boil and stew for 10 minutes.
- Add in curry cubes and stir until cubes are melted. Stew for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot over a bowl of rice :)
