Ingredients
- Two slices of sourdough bread
- Butter
- Cheddar Cheese
- Sliced Salami
- Baby Spinach Leaves
- Ripe Avocado Slices
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Kewpie Sriracha Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil Pesto
Method
- Put butter on both slices of bread
- Put Basil Pesto on left hand slice of bread
- Add Salami and avocado slices to left hand slice of bread
- Sriracha Kewpie mayonnaise on left hand slice of bread
- Add sliced cheddar cheese to right hand slice of bread
- Place baby spinach leaves on right hand slice of bread
- Kewpie Mayonnaise on right hand slice of bread
- Season with salt and pepper
- Press the sandwich together
- Put the sandwich into your sandwich press until the bread is golden and the cheese is sizzling
