Ingredients
- Tofu
- Chilli paste
- Garlic paste
- Soy sauce
- Brown rice
- Carrot
- Edamame beans
- Cucumber
- Cabbage
- Kewpie Mayo
Method
- Marinate Tofu in galric, Chili and soy sauce. Fry Tofu on stove.
- Cook Brown rice
- Cut up carrot and cucumber into small pieces and place in bowl with cabbage. Add edamame beans
- Add Tofu and brown rice to bowl. Cover with desired amount of Kewpie mayo.
