Ingredients
- OBENTO Yaki Nori for sushi
- OBENTO Rice Wine Vinegar
- OBENTO Sushi Rice
- Fresh shredded tofu
- Sliced Avocado
- Sliced cucumber
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Soy Sauce
Method
- Shred tofu so it is in medium sized pieces
- Slice cucumbers and avocado
- Wash and cook rice
- Fry tofu in olive oil and add teriyaki sauce and soy to the pan
- When rice is done add rice wine vinegar and mix
- Prepare sheets of yaki nori on a sushi bamboo mat
- Create a layer of sushi rice and add strips of avocado and cucumber
- Repeat step 6 and 7 but use tofu instead of avocado for second type of sushi
- Roll the sushi and square the sides
- Slice the sushi so the edges are perfection!
- Serve and enjoy
