Ingredients
- Hard tofu
- Sesame oil
- S&B Curry Mix Golden Mild
- Garlic powder
- Rice of choice
- Carrot
- Broccoli
- Oyster or hoisin sauce
- Pickled ginger
Method
- Cook your preferred rice
- Sautéed the tofu in sesame oil, garlic and oyster or hoisin sauce
- Cut carrot and broccoli into manageable sized chunks, steam.
- Add half the packet of curry mix to 250ml of boiled water (I use a glass measuring jug). Let it sit for 5-10min
- Add watery curry sauce to cooking tofu. Stir as the curry sauce thickens
- Serve rice, vegetables and curry tofu
- Garnish with pickled ginger
