Ingredients
- 600g firm tofu
- 1 tsp of Paprika
- 1 tsp of Garlic powder
- 150g of Panko breadcrumbs
- 150g of Plain flour
- Liquid seasoning
- 5 tbsp of Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of S&B Chili oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking oil of your choice (Canola or Vegetable oil)
Method
- Cut the tofu into cubes. Combine flour, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Coat the tofu in flour mixture & breadcrumbs. Put a generous amount of cooking oil in the frying pan, heat it up, and deep fry the tofu cubes at 170 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
- For the sauce, Combine the Kewpie Japanese mayonnaise, liquid seasoning, and any Chili oil of your choice. Topped tofu with sauce and you have this quick and easy meal in less than 20 minutes.
- You can also eat this dish with rice, some greens, or just on its own.
