Ingredients
- 600g Tofu
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 1/2 cup Lee Kum Kee soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 carrots
- 1 green capsicum
- 1 cucumber
- Obento Nori sheets
- Sesame seeds
- 3 cups water
Method
- Mix Lee Kum Kee soy sauce, honey and crushed garlic, add chopped tofu and place in fridge to marinate for 3-4 hours.
- Rinse Sushi rice and place into water to boil, once boiling, reduce to simmer and cover until tender and water has evaporated.
- Place marinated tofu in air fryer for 15 mins at 200 degrees celsius
- Chop cucumber and capsicum, grate carrot
- Remove rice from stove, serve up with tofu and chopped vegetables
- Cut up Obento Nori sheets to snack size for serving
- Garnish with sesame seeds, enjoy!
