Ingredients
- 400grams Tofu
- 2 packets Udon noodles
- 3 tbsp Grapeseed oil
- 4 Garlic gloves minces
- 4 Spring onions
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- Big pinch Chilli flakes
- 2 bunches Broccolini
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Sprinkle Sesame seeds
- 2 heaped tsp Brown sugar
Method
- Cook noodles according to packet
- Cook broccolini in boiling water for 5mins
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and white part of spring onion
- Add tofu and cook over high heat to brown on both sides.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, chilli flakes and rice wine vinegar and cook for 1 min
- Add udon noodles and broccolii and combine. If not enough sauce add a little water from udon noodle pot.
- Serve topped with green part of spring onion and sesame seeds.
