Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 500g chicken thighs
- 100ml of fresh milk
- 1 broccoli
- 110g of S&B Golden Curry Mix Hot
- 30g of Kewpie Mayonnaise
Method
- Cut potatoes, carrot, onion and chicken thighs into pieces and put them into high pressure cooker.
- Add water and 110g of S&B Golden Curry Mix Hot in the high pressure cooker and then turn on the cooker for 20 mins.
- After 20 mins, put all the ingredients and sauces in to a large pan and add 100ml milk and 20g of Kewpie Mayonnaise to it.
- Use the pan to cook them for about 3 mins while using water to boil broccoli in a small pot.
- Put all the ingredients and sauce from the pan into a bowl, add broccoli on top of it and dress it with about 10g of Kewpie Mayonnaise.
