Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Sushi rice
- 1tbsp Sushi vinegar
- 200g Salmon Sashimi
- 1 Avocado
- 5 Tbsp Kewpie Mayo
- 4 Seaweed Sheets
- 2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 Cucumber
Method
- Cook your sushi rice according to packet. Add sushi vinegar and fluff and let cool to room temperature.
- Lay out your sushi sheet shiny side down and layer sushi rice.
- Add your sashimi, cucumber and avocado and kewpie mayo to the middle of the sheet.
- Then roll with a bamboo mat and ensure the roll is tight.
- Optional: Add Sashimi on top with Teriyaki sauce and kewpie mayo and flame with a torch for extra flavour and smokiness! And be ready to tango with this delicious Tokyo Tango Salmon Bliss Roll!
