
Ingredients
- 1 diced carrots
- I small diced celery stick
- 125g streaky bacon
- 2 gloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch salt
- 500g fatty pork mince
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1tsp pepper
- 2 tsp light soy
- 1.5 tbsp Tom yum paste
- Puff pastry
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 diced onion
Method
- Cook celery, carrot, onion on medium with olive oil, until soft
- Add bacon, garlic, pinch salt 3-4 mins put aside to cool
- Mix pork, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper & sautéed vegetables, Tom yum paste
- Cut puff pastry in half and fill with 1/4-1/5 of the mix, roll and brush with beaten egg
- Cook in air fryer on 200 for 11-14 mins
