Ingredients
- Fish sauce
- 1 tsp
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground chilli
- 1 tbsp tajin salt
Method
- Mix all sauces, oil and spices together in a bowl and then slice up the tomatoes evenly as you prefer (I like them sliced into wedges). Add the tomato slices to your mixed dressing and then put it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Add this as a side to your favourite Korean or Chinese main course :)
