Ingredients
- 2 Rice cakes
- 2 Egg yolks
- Yaki Nori
- Gluten-free soy sauce
- Salt
Method
- Slice rice cake and put into 500 ml boiling water. Add salt and soy sauce.
- Whisk egg yolk and make a small omlette. Then cut into slices.
- Cut nori into strips.
- Take the soup out and garnish! So easy!
