Tuna Avo Sushi

Method

1. Cook rice to your liking, I cook night prior.
2. Combine tin of tuna with kewpie mayo in a bowl ( I dry the tuna from oils ), make a paste
3. Spread the rice on Yaki nori sea weed( I wet my hands to make it easier and th rice don’t stick to my hands ) put avocado slices in the middle with tuna paste and roll. Perfect for lunch boxes
