Tuna Avo Sushi

- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Yaki nori for sushi
- Sushi rice
- Tuna and avocado

Method
- Cook rice to your liking, I cook night prior.
- Combine tin of tuna with kewpie mayo in a bowl ( I dry the tuna from oils ), make a paste
- Spread the rice on Yaki nori sea weed( I wet my hands to make it easier and th rice don’t stick to my hands ) put avocado slices in the middle with tuna paste and roll. Perfect for lunch boxes
