Ingredients
- 3 Cups of Sushi Rice
- 1/2 Cup of Sushi Rice Seasoning
- 300g Tuna
- 2 Tbs of Mayo
- Pepper
- Salt
- Yaki Nori Sheets
Method
- Cook 3 cups of sushi rice, Leave until it cools to room temperature.
- Add the Sushi Rice Seasoning, and fold sushi to mix.
- Put the tuna in a bowl, and add the mayo, pepper and salt, then combine.
- Place Yaki Nori sheet shiny side down then spread rice evenly keeping 2cm from the far end of the sheet.
- Place tuna in a straight line across the middle of the rice, and other assorted fillings.
- Roll your sheet starting from the closest side to you.
- Once at the last 2cm put a bit of water on the last bit of the sheet and finish rolling
