Ingredients
- 425g tuna in spring water
- 1 small red onion
- 200g corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of Kewpie mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200g sliced mushrooms
- 1 small peeled carrot thinly sliced
- 150g edamame beans
- 150g cucumber sliced
- 150g sliced avocado
- 250g sushi rice
Method
- In a large bowl, make the tuna mix by mixing the tuna, onion, corn and Kewpie mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Put fry pan on a medium heat. Wait until the pan is hot and add olive oil and mushrooms. Fry mushrooms until golden brown.
- Add sushi rice to the bottom of a bowl. On top, place carrots, cucumber, edamame beans, avocado, mushrooms and tuna mix. Drizzle with Kewpie mayonnaise to your liking.
