Ingredients
- Rice 200gr
- A bit mirin, vinegar, salt, pepper to taste
- 2 can of tuna
- 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 2 Nori sheets (seaweed sheets)
Method
- Cook rice with a bit of water in rice cooker
- Mix seasoning ingredient to cooked rice.
- Open cans of Tuna and drain out spring water. Mix tuna with mayonnaise. Can add seasoning as per your taste or favorite flavor
- Spread the season cooked rice a thin layer on the seaweed sheet, then add tuna in middle, roll the seaweed to form a roll.
- Cut in small pieces and ready to serve or to put in your children lunch boxes
