Ingredients
- 30 g Kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Canned tuna
- 1 egg
- Half of medium-sized cucumber
- A bowl of jasmine rice
Method
- Marinate pork belly for at least 30 minutes before cooking by using 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp of chicken powder, and 1tsp of sugar. Then fry the marinated pork belly on the frying pan using low to medium heat.
- When the pork belly turns brown then cut up into smaller pieces and fry them again until they are cooked through.
- Mixed the canned tuna and 10 grams of kewpie mayonnaise really well.
- Prepare a bowl of rice. Then add mixed tuna on top of the rice and cut up cucumber.
- Fry an egg and place it into the bowl with nicely cooked pork belly. Lastly, it’s to squeeze about 20 grams of kewpie mayonnaise on top.
